Dewayne Johnson was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL) and he is suing Monsanto over whether Roundup caused his cancer. Johnson claims Monsanto knew of the risks and hid them from the EPA and consumers, and now the judge has ordered these claims can be presented at trial:
Johnson has carried his burden of producing evidence that a reasonable jury could find amounts to clear and convincing evidence of malice, fraud, or oppression.
Monsanto Company faces possible punitive damages if the jury agrees the cancer was caused by Roundup and Monsanto hid the risks.

Dewayne Johnson is one of many diagnosed with NHL that are suing Monstanto for causing his disease and hiding the risks. The jury will hear evidence regarding what Monstanto knew and what they disclosed to customers and public agencies.
