Pacific Fertility Center Lawsuit

Pacific Fertility Center destroyed or damaged embryos and eggs when a nitrogen tank failed.

On March 4th 2018 the Pacific Fertility Center of San Francisco noticed a nitrogen tank had failed. One of two incidents to occur within the United States in a short span, it resulted in the possible loss of thousands of embryos and eggs contained within the tank.

The Pacific Fertility Center described the events as a “unfortunate incident”, for the hundreds of families being notified it has meant coping with the loss of family those embryos and eggs represented.

The attorneys at Levin Simes Abrams already represent families dealing with the destruction of embryos and eggs at Pacific Fertility Center.  If you wish to speak with a destroyed embryo lawyer regarding a Pacific Fertility lawsuit, please contact us here. While a class action is possible, clients also are experiencing individual damages and losses given clients have destroyed eggs, destroyed embryos, some had all tissues located within the failed tank while others had some stored in the tank and some stored elsewhere. The individual story of those embryos and eggs and their loss is different for each family or person affected.

Levin Simes Abrams is reviewing options for their clients and the families for how they will proceed with claims against Pacific Fertility Center. You can start a chat on this page, email us at [email protected], or call us at 1-888-426-4156.
