Nicole Moskowitz

Nicole’s practice focuses primarily on pharmaceutical litigation, mass torts, medical device litigation, and product liability. Prior to joining the firm, Nicole practiced civil rights and employment litigation, as well as business litigation, trade secrets, and property law. After law school, Nicole completed a litigation fellowship in the Health, Education, and Welfare Section of the California Attorney General’s Office under Kamala Harris and was a research fellow for the UCSF-UC Hastings Consortium on Law, Science, and Health Policy.

Nicole earned her J.D. at the University of California, Hastings College of Law, where she focused on health law and civil litigation. During law school she served as Editor in Chief of the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review and President of the Hastings International and Comparative Law Society. Nicole received CALI Excellence Awards and Witkin Awards for Top Student in both Legal Ethics and Scientific Method for Lawyers. Nicole was recognized with an award for Best Brief in Moot Court and a Certificate of Excellence Award as a Legal Writing and Research Teaching Assistant. While in law school, Nicole served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Judge Susan Breall at the San Francisco Superior Court. She graduated cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.A. in Comparative Literature and Spanish. At UCLA, Nicole received the Ahmanson Undergraduate Research Scholarship and the Women for Change Leadership Award.

Nicole was born in San Francisco and grew up in the Bay Area. Outside the office, she enjoys swimming, running, biking, live music, reading, and hanging with her dog flapjack. Nicole volunteers with the San Francisco SPCA.
