About Samira’s Career
Samira’s practice is focused on complex civil litigation and product liability litigation against corporate giants such as Uber Technologies, Inc., Samsung, and LG Chem, LTD.
In her Rideshare Sexual Assault practice, Samira successfully defeated removal, was instrumental in the formation of the coordination of Uber Rideshare Cases, JCCP No. 5188 in San Francisco Superior Court, and continues to be an integral part of the team working on the Uber JCCP. In her E-cigarette explosion practice, Samira successfully briefed, argued, and defeated personal jurisdiction challenges by foreign corporate entities.
Samira graduated in 2020 from the University of California Hastings College of the Law. During her time at Hastings, she served as a legal writing and moot court teaching assistant and was a senior editor on the UC Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly Journal.
Samira is a bay area native who grew up in Sonoma County. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, playing tennis with her husband, watching Bayern Munich and Arsenal football matches, and spending time with her cat, Ruby.
