Tim is a trial lawyer who represents plaintiffs in a variety of areas, including medical malpractice, employment, SUV Rollovers, consumer class actions, and toxic torts. Tim also has extensive experience in asbestos litigation, having worked first as a paralegal, and later as an attorney for firms specializing in mesothelioma in the Bay Area.

Since 2006, Tim has worked with Bill Levin, Laurel Simes, and the attorneys that make up Levin Simes, LLP. Since then, Tim has teamed up with Mr. Levin and Ms. Simes to accomplish several major verdicts in and out of the court room. Tim has also been recognized as a leader in the area of asbestos litigation, and has served as an invited speaker at a national conference to discuss issues related to asbestos bankruptcies.
